In addition, through our Women in Spine employee resource group, we are working to provide professional development opportunities for our Shareowners. This women-led organization coordinates events and initiatives to provide insight and advice on career development and leadership, while providing mentoring and other opportunities to further employee Shareowner engagement and advancement.
