At this time, we ask that you only submit non-confidential information in order for us to determine if there is alignment within our core areas of procedural spine solutions or specialized orthopedics.   Your submission must have enough information to allow it to be directed to the proper business leaders for an initial assessment.  Once your submission has been reviewed and logged, you will receive an email that your submission has been successfully received.

Once received, your submission will be reviewed by one of our New Technology Committees. These committees are comprised of cross-functional business leaders that will look at your ideas in the context of commercialization, intellectual property, technical feasibility, and alignment with our corporate strategy.  You will be contacted at the end of this process.

After approval by the New Technology Committee, a deeper assessment of your ideas will take place.  At this time, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be needed so that confidential information may be shared.  In this stage our Marketing Team will look at the business case for commercializing the product.  Our Development Team may perform prototyping or feasibility testing.  Our Legal Team will look at the IP landscape surrounding your idea.

Once your idea has met the requirements established by the business leads, a framework for our partnership will be established.  Once completed, it will be presented to our Global Executive Committee for final approval.

Non-Confidential Information Disclosure

However, any and all information provided to NuVasive at this stage and/or via this portal shall be considered non-confidential information and NuVasive shall be under no obligations to treat any such information as confidential and/or proprietary as to the submitting entity/individual.
