What is the Journey Together Program?
The treatment of early onset scoliosis (EOS) comes with inherent risks in delivering care to a patient population highly susceptible to complications. NuVasive set out on a mission to actively participate in the journey of these patients and families, as well as surgeons and hospitals, with the ultimate goal of improving the overall care experience.
The Journey Together Program features a limited warranty on MAGEC® X rods when used with cleared NuVasive procedural solutions.* Through this unique partnership, NuVasive hopes to provide a healthcare solution that maximizes the value of EOS.

How to Submit a Claim
Please follow the below steps to submit a claim through the Journey Together Program Claim Submission Portal:
- Confirm hospital contract has been updated with Journey Together Program addendum, and note the program activation date. Claims can only be submitted for incidents dated after the account’s program activation date stated in the signed contract.
- Fill out all required information on the “Submit a Claim” form, making sure to also attach:
- Surgical Verification Form
- Any required medical images
Claims will be processed within 30 days of submission unless urgency is noted and explained in the Special Requests section at the end of the form. Please note that incomplete forms will be subject to delay in processing.
